Manuel van de Kamp

Manuel van de Kamp is a transformation architect with over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and top management. He joined the Management Board of OBI Group Holding at the age of 37 and transformed the traditional DIY store into a holistic home & garden provider with sales potential of more than one billion euros. As co-founder of the digital unit OBI Next, he was responsible for pioneering business models such as heyOBI, the OBI garden planner, retail media and a partner platform for specialist retailers and service providers, while at the same time leading over 300 employees safely through volatile market phases. From these successes, he developed the hybrid leadership approach "Perform Today, Reinvent Tomorrow", which he is currently sharing with top executives in a book and as a sought-after speaker.
